How To Have Fun During Rainy Season

How can you have fun during the rain? Summer is officially over in the Philippines as El Nina  supersedes the hot weather of summer; however, along with this are the risks of heavy rain, rain - attributed illnesses, and  passive lifesytle.  For one, I missed my morning jogs because of my colds and the periodic rainfall.

But, what can you actually do when rain seems hard to contain. You can actually try the following  activities:

  1. play board games with siblings or  friends;
  2. play solo or with friends in online games, On line gambling or other entertainment sites;
  3. run your all - time favorite movies;
  4. listen to old music playlists;
  5. respond to or send  emails, letters, backlogs that need long overdue actions;
  6. finish your stacked novels;
  7. lavish once again in a rain play with your loved ones.
Who says you can't have fun when rain holds you hostage? That can be a high time to do things that long have been forgotten or missed out.  So, stay indoor, relax, have fun and enjoy the cool breeze of rain with your fave novelty and bundle up with your loved ones!

It's Quite Hot Here in the Philippines!

What a terrible summer weather here in the Philippines. We are experiencing around 32 C from Pagasa's weather forecast. While Visayas and Mindanao are having extremely hot weather, Luzon on the other hand, particularly Tuguegarao, are experiencing Tropical Storm Emong.

My grandparents and other kin in Pangasinan have simply lost their houses from the havoc of Emong. My father is quite worried though.

Mindanaoans are simply lucky to have a more stable weather. I might as well be glad with this hot weather. Tsk! tsk! tsk!

Nasty Weather, Wet Teacher

It is Friday and I suppose to have an early class at 8 am today but the rain has been beating our rooftop since last night. My kid and nephew are simply happy to tell me and their grandma that they should not go to school because of the rain.Hahhahah! We seem to be sharing the same opinion. Hahhahaha!

But, teachers still go to school regardless of the weather. So, I have to still drag my lovely butt and wait, while soaked wet, for my students to appear in the classroom. Gosh! Service is really deep among teachers. Tsk! Tsk! Tsk!

Unpredictable Weather

For a over a week, Gen Santos has been experiencing erratic weather conditions, from extreme heat in the morning, to gloomy and heavy rain in the afternoon. We would usually end up with bad colds.

The weather affects business too as it keeps our potential customers from visiting us. We hope to finally have a stable weather in the coming days.
