My Look!

My Ever Seductive Look!

I was very insecure with my looks before as I did not have the fashion urge and confidence to really look good. My, I only had two serious boyfriends. Some boys were hesitant to court me because of my academic performance, so only these two gentlemen were courageous enough to date me (one was my husband). At that time, I thought I was all smart but very ugly.

But, when your marriage breaks into pieces. You then began to realize, what are you really missing out. So, I began loving myself and flirting around just to see how attractive I am to the opposite sex. I guess this was my insecurity. But my, I have a good number of complimentary stares both from students and from the professionals. So, how is my Victory Hair? Some say, I have cute set of eyes, so I smile a lot so my eyes can complement well with my face. Now, I am always mistaken in my early 20's. Smiling a lot really makes you younger and more beautiful.

How do I get the complimenting praises and stares of a lot of gentlemen and boys? Aside from smiling,I usually talk sensible stuffs, laugh with the people I am talking with and have that great body a mother would sometimes ignore. Not only that I get their attention, but also those who are around me. Should I am not married this time, a number of good men shall fall for me. My husband is just very jealous of how other men are looking at me. Modesty aside, but I perceive myself more lovely this time than before.

Yummy Great American Seafood Recipes!

Texas Gulf Shrimp
by Chef Mark Holley, Texas

I am quite an eater of delicious-looking food especially if one of the dishes is shrimp. I always love its sweet taste and aroma.

So, when I saw this Texas Gulf Shrimp of Chef Mark Holley from Texas with a very attractive arrangement from the 5 top recipes from http://www.greatamericanseafoodcookoff.com/, I just fell in love with the recipe.

What is so great about the recipe is that, aside that shrimps are rich in protein, they are enriched with other healthy ingredients, like egg, cheese, milk and beans. Unique also is how Chef Mark topped the hominy cakes with heirloom tomato relish drizzled with prickly pear gastrique.

If I have to adopt recipe of Chef Mark and use local ingredients, I shall mix the shrimps with my other favorite vegetable, coconut offshoots, sautee these together with scrambled eggs, and cheese. My this recipe will be all delicious if paired with some rice. This is also good with my other favorite vegetables, like ampalaya, eggplant, beans with carrots. I would want to try to cook off these ingredients as part of my omelet. Nothing can sure beat a healthy breakfast or meal for a very busy day.

Do you also love seafoods? GenSan City is quite rich with sea foods and at very very affordable prices. Our pride is the Yellow Fin Tuna which can weigh as much as 50 tons for a piece. This and other seafoods are available here. Not only that we can just buy them at any time, but they are also guaranteed fresh and rich with protein. So why dont you cook off with sea foods and have these as part of your healthy diet? Eating healthier doesnt mean we have to be expensive with our meals.

You can also check the their website and cast your vote for your favorite recipe and have the chance to win a trip to New Orleans as prize package.

Masteral Requirements Are Pouring!

My, as the the semester ends, our requirements are also coming to their deadlines. One case study is due next Saturday while the rest are piling up to be completed. I am really drained and wishing that I will just stop but only to think also, that I have consumed my time, energy and hard-earned money just to start my schooling, so I am back to working to finish what I have started. Good Luck to me! waaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!

Eat Healthier, Not Cheaper!

I have been an advocate of eating healthy foods, so I am quite moderate in eating junk foods and I have been trying to set this sample to Yuri. It is always cheaper and better when you are not at all sick and can live longer than an average Filipino life expectancy of 75 years old! I am only glad that I can participate in this very significant issue but oftentimes ignored.

My First Body Tattoo!

My sister Xeria's Stuff!

Hmmnn, does the tattoo look good on me or the other way around?

My other sister, Annie and husband, Jhonkie!

My sister, Tammy with her share!

In celebration of GenSan's Foundation Day, they have flea markets and all to culminate the event. ANd, to at least have fun while the celebration is still high, my sisters and I decided to have our body tattoos! I had to endure the tickles and all, just to have my first experience of tattoo. My, after the tattooing, I had to run to my next class and felt silly with just what I had done. Hehehehheheh!

For a 31 years old lady, nothing is really too late especially doing it with the family and friends! I forgot, all these are henna stuffs, they shall fade in 2 weeks, by then, I can get new designs on other body parts. Hmnnnn, where could be the other better spot?Hahahhahahah!

How Flirty Can You Be?

For more widgets please visit www.yourminis.com

Have you played Extreme Style by VO5's Ultimate Flirting Championship game? I know I am quite flirty but I just dont know to what extent. How about you? How good are your skills? My, I might want to learn more!!!!!

Before, I was quite a shy person as I did not really value my beauty inside and out, and so when my friends and fellow college students flirt around with me, they just got me blush and run off. When they invited me for a social date, I would usually say, I had school stuffs to do. Ooopps! Now, that blew them off!!!!! So, I then thought that I was not all beautiful, only very smart for them.

But, when you age and as you experience life's ups and downs and meet new people and go through different experiences, you will really realize your worth, especially the charm and beauty you can exude that the opposite sex can really be attracted to. How? with my sweet and sincere smile, flushy cheeks and charming eyes and kind character, not to include slim figure, good men, couldnt just resist. My, how many times did I get an invite from opposite men of different age range, at my age, that is really compliment!

So, why dont you try this Ultimate Flirting Championship by grabbing the Flirting Widget above and just boost this on your blog and see how men can respond to your charm and grace? I am quite excited to know how well do you do on this. Good Luck Girls!!!!

Angels AMong Friends

My co-administrators in my old school! I miss their wisdom and warm friendship!

My childhood buddies! Been friends since grade 1
(imagine, our endurance and tolerance of one another Hahahhaha)
My other two sisters on one morning jog!

My new working family! More wacky!

My boss and buddy since college days!

Do you believe in angels? I am not a conservative Catholic but I always believe that Good Samaritans are just around us.

When you hold titles, money and power, false friends are abound but your true friends are just watching on the backdrop, happier of what you have achieved. But, you cant really test true nature of relationships until you see them through hard times, and that is what I have recently found out.

I was all introvert before with my whole world revolving only around my family and work but separation had kicked me hard and difficult. So, instead of wallowing in self-pity and hatred, I began to love myself more, and reach out to others. I am quite amazed, how through blogging and other net media, I had met great friends who had shown their sympathy and support even if I am a stranger to them, old friends who are still there, cheering me up even if I keep on repeating the same lines of sentiments, hahahahaha, my biological family, who in spite of my insanity and stubbornness, still choose to support my decision whatever is the consequence. All these people are my good Samaritans, angels in disguise (I wont say, devils too as it will spoil the drama.hahahahah).

Thank you my fellow-blogger friends, old and new friends. The heaven will be overcrowded with your presence. Hahahhahah!

Happiness Money Cant Really Buy

Sometime in April, I made this post of listing reasons why life is still beautiful in spite of our ups and downs. I have achieved various honors and recognitions academically and professionally, but nothing can really compare and compensate the joy that I had felt from simple life's pleasures that I often ignore. So I want to update my list, as I have new blessings to be happy about even after separation.

So, here is my updated list of simple-but-overwhelming-reasons why I have to continue moving on and loving life and people around me:

1. smell the sweet aroma of coffee and freshly cut grass;
2. hear the chuckles of a tickled baby, and now my new nephew Ziggy;
3. see my baby pictures with old friends;
4. hear the outburst laughters of my son and nephew whenever I bring them ice cream;
5. read love letters of my ex's;
6. exchange greetings with my officemates, janitors and the guards;
7. exchange text messages with old friends;
8. jog with my sister in early mornings;
9. play badminton in the late afternoon with my bestfriend;
10. reach the mountain tops after stiff trails;
11. groove on the dance floor with childhood buddies;
12. wonder at the sunset on a boulevard;
13. watch the light rain trickle down and touch the ground;
14. hear old songs of yesteryears;
15. sing with my sisters with our magic microphone and beat the tune with less disgrace possible, Waaaaaaaaaaah!
16. split my food with street kids;
17. teach my students of IT, programming and BLOGGING;
18. share meals with close office mates;
19. see your best friend wed;
20. enjoy sumptuous Chinese wanton and siomai with my sister and mom;
21. watch movies with my son and other loved ones;
22. buy my fave shoes and bags, and blouses and . .. . . (the list can go on when it comes to shopping)
23. pose my widest smile on a camera flick at any occasion at any time;
24. eat my fave ice candy flavor;
25. devour chocolates, yum, yum!
26. chat with old and new friends;
27. go to a saloon to get some pamperings;
28. go mountain climbing with friends;
29. stand on a mountain peak we have just conquered and see the clear panorama;
30. get blog comments of praises and encouragements from blogger-friends;
31. cry and laugh with my Korean teleserye cd's, (Mariz - we are one on this!)
32. and more .. . . .

Wow, I am truly blessed as I can list more. I have to remind myself of all these pleasures as I battle my depression over a failed marriage. Indeed, successful careers or academic recognitions or society status is not enough to bring true happiness.

So, I am challenging my fellow friend-bloggers,
what are your reasons for joy?

Try to make a list of your life's simple pleasures. You will be truly amazed of what you can find out from these simplicity but grandness of life. I dare you. . .

My Tarot Card

You are The Lovers

Motive, power, and action, arising from Inspiration and Impulse.

The Lovers represents intuition and inspiration. Very often a choice needs to be made.

Originally, this card was called just LOVE. And that's actually more apt than "Lovers." Love follows in this sequence of growth and maturity. And, coming after the Emperor, who is about control, it is a radical change in perspective. LOVE is a force that makes you choose and decide for reasons you often can't understand; it makes you surrender control to a higher power. And that is what this card is all about. Finding something or someone who is so much a part of yourself, so perfectly attuned to you and you to them, that you cannot, dare not resist. This card indicates that the you have or will come across a person, career, challenge or thing that you will fall in love with. You will know instinctively that you must have this, even if it means diverging from your chosen path. No matter the difficulties, without it you will never be complete.

What Tarot Card are You?
Take the Test to Find Out.

Fun Afternoon WIth Loved Ones!

Haaaaaaaaaaaapy Us!

My Little Boy! Do we really look like Mom and Son? Hahahahha!

Cheers to Beautiful Life with Loved Ones!

What can really replace fun with loved ones? Just after school, I decided to bring my son and my sis to window shopping and as usual, our vice, grand eating!

I decided also to have my Sony Erickson phone replaced its casing as it all dilapidated and too embarrassing anymore to use. So, I just dragged them to an hour of waiting but with an ice cream as dessert to munch. Hahahhahah!

This is one of those days that I would say I am glad, I am all alive and hopeful! Cheers to Life and Family!

Mending a Broken Heart? Go to a Saloon!

Being separated and working as single mom all consumes and drains me and so as I battle my depression and work for my peace of mind. . . readings and shoppings do help a lot. . . but I also discovered something, I just hit the road and went straight to my fave saloon and get my hair done, some pedicure, and facial treatment. VOILA ! I feel so refreshed and revitalized, as if, I can just conquer every man I will meet, eeeeeeeeeeerrrrrr! Hahahhahahah!

So, even if my pocket was all drained, I am quite happy with what I have done today!!! At least, being broken - hearted means, becoming more beautiful, inside and out! Aja Rosilie!

5 Simple-but-Difficult- to- Follow Life's Rules

I have read these tips from a fellow blogger, John Deru and I couldnt help but feeling lightened up and I just want to share these to my fellow bloggers who are experiencing emotional humps. I am indeed constantly praying that I can fully move on and no longer dwell on painful past.Naku, ang drama ng buhay ko!

God didn't promise days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun without rain, but He did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.

Disappointments are like road humps, they slow you down a bit but you enjoy the smooth road afterwards. Don't stay on the humps too long. Move on!

Nasty Weather Beats Us Again!

It has been days since the weather shifts abruptly from hot to cold state and my, almost everyone at home, including me has colds or flu.

I had to be absent from my evening classes as I endure muscle aches, though I slept early last night. I am also up at 2 am. WHew! I just check my blog and opening for opps and found none and write about my day's works.

Well, until then.Hope to see you my fellow bloggers and hear from you too.

You hardly ever worry. In fact, you often feel like you don't have a care in the world.

It's not that your life is magically easy. You just don't dwell on worse case scenarios.

You figure that you'll be able to handle whatever life throws at you.

No use worrying about what could go wrong, especially when so much is going right!

Can I qualify for FHM or Maxim? Please be kind.Hahahahhah

It is Sunday and we just have nothing to do and so I asked the T'boli Hotel here in General Santos City for their pool and just dragged my siblings, nephew and Yuri to hit the water.

So, I put on my swim wear and just ramped my way to the pool.hhahahahhah!

We didnt expect that the pool was empty so we just conquered it as if it was ours. Though there were hotel guests, we didnt mind them at all as we were having fun. I even tried their sliding ramp and just yelled my way down the water.

Wow, it just feel great to be spontaneous and have fun with the family!

Let's Go Party!

These are the few Admin heads and the ITE Faculty!

THe ITE Faculty and the beautiful me!Hahahhahah!
My ITE Freshmen students (just the few!)
