Our Bathroom is Flooding!

The bathroom faucet and pipe are definitely busted since yesterday. We can only temporarily fix by tightening the faucet with a pair of pliers but it is still leaking. We are pretty sure our electricity bills will rise up since the water system is only powered by electric current.
